BeeyLive provided transcription and translation of presentations and panel discussions at the exclusive Microsoft event in O2 Universum. Because the content was in English, having Czech-language captions and translation helped attendees better follow along.
Colours of Ostrava / Meltingpot Forum
As part of the Colours of Ostrava festival, we provided live captioning at Meltingpot Forum 2025 — Europe’s largest live multidisciplinary forum. BeeyLive transcribed all sessions on the forum’s two main stages and translated them into five languages, including Korean and Polish. This enabled hundreds of visitors to better understand foreign-language or highly specialized presentations across diverse topics — from the opening ceremony with the U.S. Embassy, to panels on biohacking, a discussion with President Petr Pavel, and a keynote by a Danish Nobel Prize laureate in chemistry.

Global Money Week Conference at the Czech National Bank

At this major IT conference, BeeyLive delivered live transcription and translation of presentations, lectures, and panel discussions to attendees’ mobile phones. It made it easier to follow the program and recover anything missed. Only a QR code scan was required — no app installation.
Cztery strony Afryki
The BeeyLive AI assistant provided live transcription and translation of all sessions at a conference in Poland focused on export and investment opportunities for Polish companies in Africa, as well as participation in development and infrastructure projects. Attendees could simply scan a QR code and follow live captions in their preferred language directly on their mobile phones, in real time.
Czech Journalism Awards 2024
Thanks to BeeyLive, the awards ceremony for the Czech Journalism Awards was made accessible not only to people with disabilities, but also to embassy representatives and Norway Grants stakeholders who may not be fully comfortable in Czech. The entire live stream featured automatic live captioning and translation in both Czech and English, ensuring clear understanding for all attendees.
ABEX 2025
The international ABEX 2025 conference in Mikulov brought together more than 150 media professionals, representatives of major Czech television broadcasters, and numerous technology providers from across Europe. Celebration of Courage
The festive closing of the Active Citizens Fund program took place at the Ball Games Hall of Prague Castle, organized by the consortium of the OSF Foundation, the Committee of Good Will – Olga Havel Foundation, and the Scout Institute. Speeches by President Petr Pavel and representatives of the Royal Norwegian Embassy were live-transcribed and translated into both Czech and English using BeeyLive, ensuring full understanding for all attendees at this internationally attended event.
Santander Bank Polska: Accessibility Academy
At Poland’s Accessibility Academy, with lectures focused on issues faced by deaf and hard-of-hearing people, BeeyLive delivered live transcription in Polish.
